What will it cost me?
The call-out fee is $10. That covers getting a licensed technician to your door, any suburb, any hour. Before any work starts, you get a fixed price for the whole job. If you don’t accept it, you pay the $10 and nothing more. There’s no hourly meter and the price we quote is the price you pay.
What does the best price guarantee mean?
If you get a cheaper written quote from another licensed Sydney locksmith for the same job, we’ll beat it by 10%, or your call-out is free. Mention it on the phone and we’ll sort it on the spot.
Will you damage my door or lock?
Almost never. We open the vast majority of doors with non-destructive picking and decoding. Drilling is a last resort, only happens with your go-ahead, and we quote the replacement lock before touching anything.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured, and every technician on the road is police-checked. In the rare case anything gets damaged while we work, our public liability insurance covers it.
Are you really open 24/7?
Really. Nights, weekends and public holidays, the phone is answered by a person and a technician is rostered on in your area. The $10 call-out fee doesn’t change after midnight either.
Do you do car keys?
No. We’re home and business lock specialists. Because we don’t split our vans between cars and buildings, we carry deep stock for door locks, deadbolts, window locks and smart locks, and it shows in how quickly the job gets done.
